WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped via USPS and can be tracked with your code on the USPS website - Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order we can't make any changes since our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Send us email us at cs@brillies.co and we'll help you out. Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.

LOST PACKAGES
Once an item is placed into the possession of USPS, we are no longer liable for it. But, we will do our best to help you locate or get a replacement. Send an email to cs@brillies.co

We offer Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country. The exact available shipping options for your country will be presented during checkout.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, however we have the right to refuse returns & exchanges if something has been used

If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at cs@brillies.co within 3 days of delivery.

All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Items must be in unused, original condition to receive a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.
